Nature of the product and right of withdrawal

In accordance with European distance-selling regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium once performance has begun with the customer's prior consent, meaning as soon as the file has been downloaded or the download link has been delivered.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Downloading the product constitutes complete and immediate delivery of the order.
• You expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download has taken place.

As a result, no refunds are granted after download, except in the following cases:

• Defective or corrupted file: we will replace the file free of charge. If the issue persists, a refund may be offered.
• Order error (e.g., duplicate product, accidental double purchase due to a technical error): contact us before downloading; a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Clear non-conformity of the content compared to the product description.
