100% Digital Products

Eboookrame sells exclusively digital products (ebooks in PDF format). No physical items are shipped, so there are no shipping fees, no postal delays, and no delivery address required.

How you receive your ebook

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, you automatically receive an email containing the download link(s) for your ebook.
• The link is also immediately available in the "Orders" section of your customer account on our store.
• Delivery is instant. If you don't receive the email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

Download issues

If the link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you haven't received anything, contact us at sliman.bols@outlook.com with your order number. We will resend the file or a new link as quickly as possible.

File access

Download links remain valid for a limited time and/or a limited number of download attempts. We recommend downloading and saving your file as soon as you receive it.
